Our CSP Products die-cast valve covers for Type 1 (not 24.5/30 hp engines) and WBX engines combine the maximum possible space for rocker arms inside with the smallest possible external dimensions. They dissipate heat and ensure a perfect seal thanks to their intelligent design. Organic reinforcement ribs on the inside ensure maximum rigidity. Like all previous valve covers from CSP Products, these also feature reliable sealing thanks to a O-ring seal and special shaft screws with additional O-rings.

The black textured powder-coated covers feature a cast CSP Products logo, which is face-ground together with the cooling fins as a visual highlight, as well as a generously reinforced area on both sides in case breather holes are required at a later date. On request, they can also be supplied with breather connection threads in M18x1.5 or 3/8 NPT. They are supplied with high-quality mounting material, including 10.9 special nuts manufactured exclusively for us, to ensure the operational safety of the engine even at extreme RPMs and large rocker arm ratios.

Thanks to the die-casting manufacturing process and the availability of only three different versions, we can offer an inexpensive valve cover that incorporates many of the features of our CNC cover.
